When and how can a Virtual Tour be used?Pix Virtual Tours can be used throughout the property lifecycle from pre-development and design through capital raising, approvals, (pre) sales and (pre) leasing as well as ongoing asset, property and facility management. The earlier Pix gets involved in your project the higher your return on investment.
-
How much does a Virtual Tour cost? Our goal is to deliver Virtual Tours as affordably as possible. There are a few factors that will determine the final cost but often it can be equivalent to, or less than what someone would pay for a few renderings. The factors that will ultimately determine the final cost are the degree of required detail, unique square footage and complexity of elements.
-
What do you need to start creating my Virtual Tour? While we prefer to have a 3D CAD file to accurately determine scale, this could be done with some basic floorplans (2D CAD or PDF), photos or site plans. As long as our team has sufficient inputs to allow us to fully understand the project, we can create a highly realistic model.
-
What is the typical timeframe for delivery of a Virtual Tour? While this depends on the scale and complexity of the project, some Virtual Tours can be completed within days of receiving all project details and inputs.
-
How do I access my completed Virtual Tour?We host the Virtual Tour and provide you with a web link to access, share and embed it in your website, listings or other marketing materials.

“One of the big challenges builders have is envisioning what the commercial area will look like for their future homeowners. What the RealNex (PIX) team did helped the builders and even the local municipality get a vision of what was ultimately approved. The County Economic Department is going to use what RealNex created as a tool for drawing in additional industry leaders to showcase one of the largest master plan developments in this area.”
